I’m Catalina, and I created The Blest Digest as a quiet place for clarity, a space where ideas, creativity, and intention can be shared without rush.

As this year comes to a close, I find myself thinking less about doing more… and more about doing what matters, with purpose, dedication, and care.

That’s the heart behind Blest.

So much of the digital world pushes us to do more, move faster, and always be “on.”

Blest exists to gently push back against that.

Here, the invitation is to pause -really pause- and think about what truly matters in your work. To shape a way of communicating that serves your purpose, stays true to who you are, and reflects the essence of what you’re building, without overwhelming you or your team.

In clear terms, The Blest Digest is a place for reflections on:
• building a digital presence with care
• clarifying vision before creating solutions
• using technology (especially AI) wisely and ethically
• creating work that feels aligned, human, and true to you

Nothing overwhelming. Nothing loud.
Just thoughtful ideas you can return to when you need them.
